We're Moving.......

We are moving!! I'm glad, but on the other hand, I hate the whole packing & unpacking thing. I also realized that being a couponer, you have lots, I mean LOTS of stuff to move. I was packing my stockpile, and my goodness I didn't realize I had so many Pads & liners (I filled a Huge box to the top). I also filled another box with just a bunch of air fresheners I've been getting FREE with coupons, and I almost filled a box with Huggies baby wipes! I've been so tired lately working and coming home to pack, I think tomorrow we will be done moving, and then I have another week or so of unpacking and organizing the new place. At least now my 14 month old son will have his own room. Just thought I'd let you know I'm busy in case I don't keep up with my usual posts...

OMG.....I was also thinking..."what about all my free samples that I've signed up for???" Hopefully the post office does forward my mail, otherwise the next people to live here will be getting a bunch of freebies in the weeks to come....

So, It seems that the people who put together the Gorgeous Giveaway from Herbal Essences are having a bit of technical dificulties and are now moving the date once again...It was supposed to be today, but now the link won't be available until 10/8/09. I was able to get through to the confirmation page when signing up on the 2nd, so I should be receiving my coupon for a free full-sized bottle of Herbal Essences. ..::Weekly Mailbox Freebies::.. (9/27-10/3/09)

I thought this week was going to be a slow week in my mailbox as far as freebies, but today I got my Kotex sample kit I mentioned a couple weeks ago, so that was the majority of what's pictured below. Besides that, I just got a few coupons. Here's what I got:

- $2 coupon for any size Gain detergent.

-$15 coupon booklet for P&G products.

-$5 in Huggies diapers coupons.

-& the Kotex sample kit from Walmart which included 2 pads, 2 tampons, 1 liner, 2 feminine wash, and 2 $1 coupons which I'll use to get two small packs of liners @ Walmart since they are $1 there.

**If you also got the Kotex sample kit, to the right of the $1 coupons there's an offer to take a survey of how you liked the products to get access to more coupons...I'll take the survey and let you know which coupons are available after the survey.

*update: I took the survey and after doing so, there was no coupon to print. =( this is the message I got " There are no prints available for this campaign." Oh, well...they must've used the same coupon from last time...hopefully soon they'll reset the coupon.

Baskin Robbins Candy Sample-Friday Oct 2nd!!!

I work as a cake decorator at a Baskin Robbins store, so I know the "Scoop" on anything that has to do with Baskin Robbins... a couple days ago, we received a box of Cookies N Cream hard candy to hand out to customers on Friday, Oct. 2, 2009! Funny thing is, we don't sell this product, it's usually found in grocery stores. Not a great freebie, but if you happen to be going to Baskin Robbins anyway, make sure to grab your free sample of this candy.

Also, there's a coupon for $1 off any Med or Large Cappuccino Blast....Did you know you can choose any flavor ice-cream to go in it??? My favorite is Mocha with Jamoca ice-cream for a stronger coffee flavor!

My trip to Target....

I was able to snag all these Air Wick Freshmatic Ultra i-motion air fresheners...FREE!!! I just had to pay tax...HOW u ask???? well, they are regularly priced $13.99 each. Last week they decided to put them on temporary price cut for $5.99 (58% off). I happened to have $6 coupons on these.....so, BINGO!!! Free air fresheners!!!!

You know whats funny to me? Many people, ( like I used to a looooong time ago) get coupons on Sunday, clip a few of the coupons of the items they use, and throw away the rest.....I now think that is the craziest thing to do....also, another thing that kills me.....

People find coupons like this one I just mentioned now ($6 off air wick freshmatic ultra) in the paper and probably think to themselves..."this is a high value coupon, I'll check how much they sell these for". Then they go to the store....lets just say Target. They then see the price on these ($13.99), realize it's too much money and what do they do???? They leave the frikin coupon there...!!! I've found these $6 coupons near the Air wicks TWICE now in one week!!! It's funny to me, because if they would've saved the coupon another few days, they would've had a FREE one!!! oh people, people....

...I just wanted to let everyone know...Save ALL your coupons until they expire, then you can toss them!!! You never know what you can get FREE with coupons all of a sudden! =)
