This week's Smart Source coupon insert had a Target coupon good for $1.00 off any Cottonelle Toilet paper or Wipes. Commonsensewithmoney found a great freebie for this coupon: a FREE travel size package of Moist wipes! (she said the coupon went through without beeping, perfect!!) I hate having to argue with the cashiers or team leaders to get my freebies...LOL....
