New Fiber One yogurt review + Giveaway!!!

I was recently given the opportunity to try new Fiber One Yogurt by Fiber One, I also received a $50 Safeway Giftcard from Safeway, both through My Blog Spark.

I have to admit, I'm not much of a yogurt kinda eater, but, since I read that this Fiber One yogurt has ONLY 50 calories, 5 grams of Fiber, and zero grams of fat, I took a trip to Safeway with my FREE coupon and giftcard, to check out the deal. Safeway currently has a sale on Fiber One yogurt 4-packs: 2 for only $4!!! I was also, walking around the store and noticed many sale items & price cuts, I think I might be shopping there more often now. I decided on the Strawberry flavor of Fiber One yogurt, it was absolutely better than I thought. I plan on buying more for a couple reasons. For one, It was so creamy and flavorful & definiately not "cardboard", lol. Second, this is the perfect time to stock up since they're on sale 2/$4.

4-pack Sale (2/$4.00) ends on February 9th, so Hurry over to Safeway!!!

MyBlogSpark (along with Safeway and Yoplait), have also been so nice to offer a second prize to one lucky Queen of Saving Green reader! Prize will be a $50 Safeway gift card to take advantage of Safeway's everyday values...

This year, to be healthy, I cut out all sugar, greatly limited my wheat intake, and do the 30 Day Shred workout video 5 times a week. It's killing me! :)

I try to meal plan, in order to ensure that we have well-balanced meals. We also like to keep lots of "easy" healthy snacks around --like individual yogurts!

I try to maintain a healthy lifestyle for my family by mainly cooking our foods from scratch. This saves us money as well, and I try to match sales with coupons and plan my menus around what I have at home already.

Instead of buying junk food, I'm buying more fruit. Eating better and it's cheaper. Also walking to run errands that are nearby. Losing Weight and Saving Money. AWESOME
