The large bottles of Gain dish liquid are on sale for $1.99 at Safeway (normally $2.99), but if you buy 3, you'll save $3 instantly, here's how to get them for only $.49 each:
Buy 3 bottles of Gain dish soap (30 oz) @ $.99 cents each after instant savings ($2.98)
Use (3) $.50/1 coupons in the 8/14 RP insert
=$1.48 for 3! (ONLY $.49 cents each!!!)
The following deal is not FOR SURE...... we did it 3 times, but it only worked once,
so try it at your own risk. Ok, the deal is the same as Gain deal above (buy 3,
save $3), but there's supposed to be a $3 Catalina coupon printing out if you
buy one Gain detergent PLUS 2 extra Gain items.(One item MUST be a Gain detergent) This is what we did :
1 Gain liquid detergent (32 load) $4.99
2 Gain dish liquid $1.98
(prices are after $3 instant savings)
Subtotal: $6.97
use $1/1 Gain detergent coupon in the 8/14 RP insert
use 2 $.50/1 coupons for Gain dish liquid in the 8/14 RP insert
Pay $4.97+ tax, (MIGHT get back $3 Catalina coupon) *Catalina is similar to RR's*
=$1.97+ tax for 1 Gain detergent & 2 Gain dish liquid!!!
***the reason I said, you MIGHT get back a $3 Catalina, is because the first time we did this deal we DID get the $3 Cat, the second transaction we only got a $2 Cat, and the final one did NOT produce a Catalina at all...so, try this at your own risk although it's still a pretty good deal without the $3 back.
