Oh. My. Goodness!!! I have to say I'm pretty impressed with Walmart right about now. They have updated their coupon policy and it clearly says:
"•Coupons may exceed the price of the item. Change may be given or applied toward the cost of the basket purchase."
This is excellent news!!! That means if we are buying an item that costs $2, and we are using a $3 coupon to buy it (as long as it meets the size restrictions), WE ARE ENTITLED TO OVERAGE. So they will either give us change back, or apply it towards the rest of your purchase . I'm sooooo excited about this, so I'm going to print this baby out, and take it with me for when I should need it. [Print your copy]
